The RF transmitter with LED sensor Smart door is a proximity detector designed for the automatic switching on and off of luminaires. This wireless device acts as a transmitter, sending a radiofrequency signal to the Smart RF receiver (sold separately) that can be hidden at a distance of up to 5 meters.

This transmitter turns on the luminaire when its detection range of 6 cm is interrupted by opening or closing a hinged or pivoting door. Its main advantage is that it can be used in two-door cabinets, thanks to its 2 lenses. The sensor is placed in the middle so that each lens interferes with a door, turning on the luminaire regardless of which door is opened, and keeping the luminaire on until both doors are closed.

It can be linked with up to 6 receivers, and each receiver can be paired with up to 6 transmitters, providing flexibility in its use. The pairing process is simple: just press the pairing button on the receiver and then the button on the transmitter. To unpair, hold the pairing button for 10 seconds.

The sensor base includes a mounting system using double-sided adhesive tape or screws (both included), allowing for easy installation and battery replacement. It also includes a CR2450 battery for product testing, but it is recommended to replace it with a new battery. This new battery type offers a duration of approximately 650 on-off cycles under normal use and up to 12 months in standby mode.

It is made of black plastic and is compatible with Smart converters and LED luminaires of 12V DC or 24V DC. This RF transmitter is designed for cabinets with one or two doors and any space where an efficient and easy-to-install lighting solution is required.
